Over the course of my nearly 30-year career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead businesses across the U.S., China, APAC, EMEA, and international markets, spanning medical products, distribution, healthcare technology, and supply chain. What’s mattered most to me has been building organizations that deliver disciplined performance, even in complex and uncertain environments.
In my current role leading EMEA, I’ve been navigating significant geopolitical and regulatory complexity across a 20-country portfolio—while continuing to invest in leadership development and operating discipline. From FY23–FY25, the team delivered a strong operating income growth, a reflection of focused execution, strong leaders, and a shared commitment to sustainable value creation.
Earlier in my career, I had the chance to lead transformations at scale—most notably with WaveMark—where we reset the operating model and improved operating earnings fivefold in three years. Across roles, I’ve been fortunate to work with and develop exceptional leaders who translate strategy into results locally and globally.
I’m grateful for the teams, mentors, and partners who’ve shaped this journey. I remain energized by opportunities that combine enterprise leadership, global perspective, and building strong leadership benches—and I’m excited about what’s ahead.
In 2023 in the midst of a career transition I embarked on defining my Holy Ambition for the rest of my life. Essentially, why has God given me a unique set of skills, experiences and talents and what does He want me to do with them? Thanks to the excellent program, Prime Movers by Chip Ingram, I was able to identify my dislocated heart for private owners transitioning their business and my personal mission to glorify God by walking alongside them in this journey. This was the genesis of ASMC Advisors and the start of my deep passion to see people enjoy the love of Jesus through work.
